Refund policy

Due to the nature of our personal care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used beard balms. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll gladly provide a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.
